Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year, especially when it comes to craft time with my kids. There are so many great Halloween craft options and here are some easy and cuteHalloween handprint crafts that are perfect for younger kids. Lets check them out!

Supplies Needed for Halloween Handprint Crafts:

Most of the handprint crafts listed below require similar supplies, so I’ve went ahead and linked all these supplies here if you’re needing to stock up on some of my favorites!

Frankenstein Handprint Craft

For this Frankenstein handprint craft you’ll need:

• Black and green washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Black marker
• Piece of paper
• Scissors
• Googly eyes

Here’s how to make it:

1. Use the paint brush to paint all of your fingers black and your palm green
2. Then press the handprint onto your piece of paper and allow the paint to dry
3. Next, stick on two googly eyes and use the marker to draw on a mouth, two bolts, and some stitches
4. Optional: use the scissor to cut around the handprints. You don’t have to do this part but we did so that we could neatly stick the final handprints on our door for a cute Halloween decoration

Cat Handprint Craft

For this cute black cat craft you will need:

• Black washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Black marker
• Purple, black, and yellow piece of paper
• Scissors

To make this cute cat handprint craft:

1. Use the paint brush to paint all of your fingers black
2. Then press the handprint onto your purple piece of paper and allow the paint to dry
3. Next, cut out two yellow eyes from the yellow paper and cut the shape of a cats head from the black paper
4. Glue the cats head above the fingertips of the handprint and glue the eyes onto the head
5. Then use the black marker to add whiskers, feet, and turn the thumb finger into a tail
6. Optional: use the scissor to cut around the cat handprint. You don’t have to do this part but we did so that we could neatly stick the final handprints on our door for a cute Halloween decoration

Ghost Handprint Craft

Here’s what you will need for this ghost handprint craft:

• White washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Black marker
• Black piece of paper
• Googly eyes
• Scissors

Here’s how to make this ghost handprint craft:

1. Use the paint brush to paint your hand or foot white
2. Then press the handprint or footprint onto your black piece of paper and allow the paint to dry
3. Next, stick on two googly eyes and use the marker to draw on a mouth
4. Optional: use the scissor to cut around the handprints. You don’t have to do this part but we did so that we could neatly stick the final handprints on our door for a cute Halloween decoration

Witch Handprint Craft

For this witch handprint craft you will need:

• Green washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Black marker
• Purple, black, and white piece of paper
• Googly eyes
• Scissors

Here’s what you need to do to make this witch handprint craft:

1. Use the paint brush to paint your hand green
2. Then press the handprint onto your white piece of paper two times and allow the paint to dry
3. Next cut out a circular head from the purple paper and a hat shape from the black paper
4. Use the scissors to cut around the two green handprints
5. Glue the hat to the top of the head and two green handprints coming out of the bottom of the hat like hair
6. Use the black marker and draw on eyebrows, eyelashes, nose, and mouth
7. Lastly, stick on two googly eyes right below the lashes to complete your spooky witch

Spider Handprint Craft

Here is what you’ll need for this spider handprint craft:

• Black and white washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Piece of paper
• Scissors
• Googly eyes

Here what you need to do to create this spider handprint:

1. Use the paint brush to paint just your fingers (not your thumb) black
2. Then press the handprint onto your piece of paper with your fingers pointing toward the left
3. Press the handprint once more with you fingers pointed to the right and your palm lined up on top of your previous palm print
4. Allow the paint to dry
5. Use the white paint to paint on a white smile
6. Next, stick on two googly eyes above the smile
7. Optional: use the scissor to cut around the handprints. You don’t have to do this part but we did so that we could neatly stick the final handprints on our door for a cute Halloween decoration

Here’s what you will need:

• Blue washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Black and white piece of paper
• Black marker
• Glue
• Scissors

Here’s what you can do to create this haunted house handprint craft:

1. Use the paint brush to paint your hand blue
2. Then press the handprint onto your white piece of paper and allow the paint to dry
3. Next, use the scissors to cut out triangle roofs, a chimney, and rectangular windows and door from the black paper and a small white ghost from the white paper
4. Glue the roofs, chimney, and windows on the blue handprint
5. Glue the white ghost coming out of the chimney
6. Use the black marker to draw a cross on the windows, a doorknob on the door, and a face on the ghost
7. Optional: use the scissor to cut around the handprints. You don’t have to do this part but we did so that we could neatly stick the final handprint craft on our door for a cute Halloween decoration

Handprint Bat Craft

Here’s what you’ll need for this handprint bat craft:

• Black washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Blue and black piece of paper
• Black marker
• Glue
• Scissors
• Googly eyes

Here’s what you can do to create this handprint bat craft:

1. Use the paint brush to paint your hand black
2. Then press the handprint onto your blue piece of paper and allow to dry
3. Use the black marker to draw on black ears and a point at the bottom of the body
4. Use the scissors to cut around the handprint
5. Use the scissors and black paper to cut out bat wings and glue the wings to the back of the handprint
6. Next, stick on two googly eyes to complete the handprint bat

Handprint Dracula Craft

Here’s what you’ll need for this Dracula handprint craft:

• Black and white washable paint
• Paintbrush
• Red piece of paper
• Black and red markers
• Scissors
• Googly eyes

Here’s what you can do to make this Dracula handprint craft:

1. Use the paint brush to paint just your fingers and thumb black and your palm white
2. Then press the handprint onto your piece of paper and allow to dry
3. Use the black marker to draw Dracula’s pointed hairline and a face
4. Use the red marker to draw on a red bow tie
5. Optional: you can use two googly eyes instead of drawing on the eyes
6. Optional: use the scissor to cut around the handprints. You don’t have to do this part but we did so that we could neatly stick the final handprints on our door for a cute Halloween decoration
