Here’s what you’ll need to enjoy the Roll a Snowman game:
- Download and print off the PDF of this Roll a Snowman game board below
- Get a standard six-sided dice (We used a jumbo dice that had dry erase sides for some added fun)
- M&Ms (or any object to cover the numbers such as skittles, pom pom balls, markers, etc)
Here’s how to play the Roll a Snowman game:
- Roll the die and cover one of the numbers on the snowman with an M&M of the corresponding color that is listed in the key on the bottom right of the game board
- Keep rolling the dice and covering the numbers on the snowman as you go
- Once the snowman is completely covered, you get to enjoy the M&Ms
- To add in some competition to the Roll a Snowman game:
- Print multiple Roll a Snowman game boards
- Have kids (or adults 😉 ) face off by rolling and covering their snowmen at the same time
- The first person to cover their snowman completely wins!
I loved playing this game with my 4 year old because it helped practice her number and color recognition. She also got in some fine motor practice while rolling the dice and placing the M&Ms! I love combining learning with fun!
