How to Make Yarn Bats
1. Lay out a piece of parchment paper and draw a bat shape with the sharpie marker.
2. Then cover the inside of the bat shape with clear glue.
3. Next lay pieces of black yarn into the glue making sure to stay inside and around the edges of the bat shape.
4. Once the whole inside of the bat shape is covered with yarn, let the glue bat dry overnight.
5. In the morning, peel the glue bat off of the parchment paper to reveal a cool hardened yarn bat
6. Next use a piece of clear cord and tie it through one of the yarn loops of the yarn bat
7. Then tie the other end of the clear cord to whatever object you’d like to hang the yarn bat from. We hung our yarn bats from our light fixture in the kitchen so it looked like bats were flying through our kitchen.
