How to Make a Christmas Tree Popsicle Stick Ornament
- First, hot glue three green popsicle sticks together to create a triangular tree.
- Optional: you can use sharp scissors to cut off about an inch of one of the popsicle sticks. This shorter stick can be the base of the tree making the triangle skinnier and resemble the shape of a tree more.
- Next, cut out a yellow star from the foam sheets and hot glue it to the top of the tree.
- Then, cover the sides of the tree with colorful rhinestones.
- Then cut a small square out of the brown foam sheet and hot glue it to the bottom back of the ornament. This will create the trunk of the Christmas tree.
- Then hot glue a piece of sting to the back of the ornament making a loop so that it can be hung on a tree
- Lastly, hang your ornament on the Christmas tree and marvel at how adorable it turned out.
How to Make a Snowman Christmas Tree Ornament
- First, lay 4 white popsicle sticks beside each other and hot glue a fifth popsicle stick diagonally across the back. The back popsicle will stick to all four popsicle sticks and keep them attached
- Next, cut out a hat shape, a scarf shape, and a carrot shape from the foam sheets.
- Then glue the hat, scarf, and carrot nose onto the snow man.
- Next, using a black marker draw on a snowman face
- Then add rhinestone buttons onto the snowman’s torso
- You can also create a holly to add to the snowman’s hat using the green foam sheet and some red pom pom balls and hot glueing them all down. This step is optional but it really jazzes up the snowman’s hat.
- Lastly, hot glue a looped strip onto the back so you’re able to hang it onto your tree.
How to Make a Santa Popsicle Stick Ornament
- First, lay 4 red popsicle sticks beside each other and hot glue a fifth popsicle stick diagonally across the back. The diagonal stick will adhere to all four popsicle sticks and keep them attached.
- Next, use the foam sheets to cut out all of the Santa pieces. You’ll need to cute out a white beard, a red hat with a white brim, and a black strap.
- Then glue down the beard, hat, and belt.
- Then use a marker to draw on Santa’s eyes and nose.
- Next, hot glue on a white pom pom ball to the end of Santa’s hat.
- Next, stick on a rhinestone for the belt buckle.
- Lastly, hot glue a looped string to the back of the ornament so you’re able to hang it onto your tree.
